Rose Consultant runs a structured multi-phase discovery protocol with a curated skills library covering industry classification, cost-benefit quantification, data readiness, solver selection, and deliverable generation. It produces consulting-grade Word documents. The depth comes from the specialized IP, not the underlying model.

An in-house business case typically depends on whoever on the team has the time to pull it together, and often stalls waiting for operations research expertise the organization does not have. Rose Consultant runs the same structured diagnostic a senior consulting team would run, in a single session, and produces a complete Technical Brief with a full Optimization Model Specification, data readiness assessment, and integration plan. Internal teams still own the decision. Rose Consultant gives them the artifacts to make it.

A traditional engagement to scope an optimization problem takes weeks and requires experienced O.R. practitioners. Rose Consultant produces equivalent artifacts in a single session. SimpleRose consulting picks up where the session leaves off.

Not currently. Rose Consultant focuses on the discovery and specification phase: diagnosing the problem, building the business case, and producing the artifacts your team needs to proceed. Generating and running the optimization model to produce an actual plan, schedule, route, or allocation is the next step on the product roadmap. Early access users will be first to know when that capability is available

Not currently as a direct export. The session produces a Technical Brief with a full Optimization Model Specification (decision variables, objective structure, constraints, solve mechanics) that an experienced O.R. modeler can implement in any environment including Pyomo, Gurobi, CPLEX, HiGHS, or CP-SAT. Direct export capabilities are in development.

Not currently. The session itself runs on the information you provide conversationally or via data file uploads. No system integration is required to run a session or produce artifacts. The Integration & Operations section of the Technical Brief will identify what data sources are relevant to your solution and what integration points would be required if you proceed to a build. Early access users will be first to know when direct-connect capabilities ship.
