Engagement Methodology

SimpleRose’s engagement methodology encompasses four critical stages: Design, Modeling, Validation, and Deployment.

This framework ensures a comprehensive approach to project execution for a customer, from conceptualization to real-world application. Our structured engagement methodology ensures that each project is executed with precision, from the initial concept to the final deployment, guaranteeing high-quality outcomes that are both scalable and sustainable.

01

Design

In the design phase we collaborate closely with stakeholders to define clear objectives, gather requirements, and establish the project scope. This phase focuses on understanding the business problems and identifying the objectives and constraints that must be representing in the mathematical model.

02

Model

During the modeling phase, we create the mathematical model that describes the business problem. This involves frequent discussions with the business stakeholders and identifying all the data sources that will be needed to understand the problem.

03

Validate

In the Validation phase the optimization model is
rigorously tested against predefined criteria as well as historical data to ensure that the model accurately describes the business conditions. This phase is critical to identifying and rectifying any discrepancies and ensuring the solution’s effectiveness before it is deployed in a live environment.

04

Deploy

The Deployment phase involves implementation in the client’s operational environment and is carried out with meticulous planning to ensure minimal disruption to existing processes. Post-deployment support and monitoring are part of this phase to ensure the solution delivers the desired impact and can be scaled or modified as required
